The Saramonic SR-SC5000 is a high-quality microphone extension cable that offers 16.4' of additional length between your mic's 3.5mm TRRS connector and the 3.5mm TRRS headphone jack of an iOS or Android smartphone or tablet.
The SR-SC5000 is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and can be used with smartphone-ready microphones from Saramonic as well as other manufacturers.
The cable is equipped with a female 3.5mm TRRS jack on one end and a male 3.5mm TRRS plug on the other. It is well suited for applications that require positioning the subject further away from your smartphone or mounting the microphone on a boompole or stand.

TRS to TRRS Adapter
- The SR-SC5000 can be used as an adapter cable to plug a mic with a regular 3.5mm TRS connector into the 3.5mm TRRS headphone jack of a smartphone.
TRS to TRS Extension Cable
- The cable can be used as an extension cable for plugging a mic with a regular 3.5mm TRS connector into the 3.5mm TRS audio input of a DSLR/mirrorless camera.
- You can also use the cable as a stereo headphone extension cable compatible with the headphone jacks on media players, laptops, and more.
